Terms and Conditions

Disclaimer

All of our products are meticulously handmade by skilled artisans, one piece at a time. Due to the nature of handcrafting, there may be slight variations from one item to another. These variations are part of the unique, personalized charm of each product, making your purchase truly one of a kind. We embrace and celebrate these differences, as they add character and authenticity to every piece.


By completing a purchase with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
 

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. You can email us at customercare@shopdrawn.com. Our cancellation window closes after 24 hours, and we will not be able to process cancellations beyond this time frame.
 

Returns

We do not accept returns unless the product you received is damaged. If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. To facilitate the return or replacement, please provide your order number, along with an image and description of the issue. We will assess the situation and replace your item if the damages are confirmed. Any issues reported after 48 hours of receiving the package will not be considered for replacement, as the package would have been out of our warehouse for an extended period, during which conditions beyond our control may have impacted the item.
 

Damaged or Missing Items Policy

If you receive a damaged item or discover missing items, it is crucial to notify us within 72 hours of receiving the package.
Follow these steps to ensure a smooth and swift resolution:

  1. Notification: Email us at customercare@takeamoon.com within 72 hours of receiving the package. Include your order number, a brief description of the damage, and the date you received the package.

  2. Video: Please provide a video showing the unboxing process. This video should include:

    • The condition of the package upon arrival (sealed)

    • Footage of the unsealing/unboxing: This helps us confirm the condition of the items at the time of opening and determine if the damage occurred during shipping or after delivery. This step also helps us identify any missing or stolen items.

    • A close-up of the damaged area of the product.

  3. Additional Proof: Along with the video, include clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging, especially any external damage to the box.

  4. Retain Packaging: Keep all packaging materials and the damaged item until the investigation is complete. We may request additional evidence or ask you to return the item for further inspection.
     

Please note: Claims made after 72 hours of receiving the package, or without an unboxing video, will not be accepted. If there is insufficient proof or failure to follow these steps, your claim may be denied.
 

Policy Changes

These policies are subject to change without prior notice. By making a purchase, you agree to adhere to these terms and conditions as they are presented at the time of purchase.
